Superb Product

I have been looking at the beyond comfort cards for a while. I finally bought them last week. They are such high quality in terms of the item itself but also the content of them. I am a motivated sort but also a bit of a headless chicken at times, so 3-5 day tasks to improve my overall quality of life is a great tool for me to have. This is a 5 star review but I couldn’t get the 5 star to colour in.,

The best product I've bought in years

I've always suffered from anxiety and mental health my whole life. Been on medication which worked to some extent however, I always felt it treated my symptoms and not my mindset. This journal helps me treat my mindset - through breaking down my goals and pushing myself rlf out of my comfort zone I have realised I'm actually pretty resilient and this has done wonders for my confidence.
